For years, I lived in high-pressure environments — first as a senior television and radio journalist, where I reported for ABC, 6PR, 7 News, 9News, and 10 News. I know what it means to perform when the lights are on, the deadline looms, and there’s no room to falter.

But here’s what most people didn’t see:
Behind the composure was a nervous system constantly in overdrive.
Always braced. Always scanning. Always pushing through.

It took me years and a complete shift in how I understood the brain and body to see that what I was experiencing wasn’t strength.

It was survival.

That realisation changed everything.

Today, I work with professionals across industries like finance, mining, healthcare, media, and corporate leadership — the kinds of people who perform at a high level, but often carry the hidden weight of stress, anxiety, and internal pressure.

I’m a certified Neuroscience Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist with nearly a decade of experience helping people rewire their stress response at the root, not just manage symptoms.

I created The Stress Reset Method™ to give busy, high-performing professionals fast, practical, and science-backed tools to retrain the patterns that keep them stuck in survival mode.
