Peak Performance HypnoCoaching, owned and operated by Sally Barker, is committed to protecting your privacy. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sally Barker and Peak Performance HypnoCoaching.

This policy explains how we collect, use, hold, and disclose personal information when you visit our website, request a free resource, make a booking, purchase a product, or participate in coaching, a program, or The Mind Mastery Guild.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Contact and account details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and membership details.
Purchase and transaction information. Payment details are handled through the third-party payment provider identified when you pay.
Information you provide in correspondence, booking forms, intake forms, coaching sessions, or program activities.
Health or other sensitive information you choose to provide where it is relevant to your coaching. We collect sensitive information with your consent, or as otherwise permitted by law, where reasonably necessary for our services.
Technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, and interactions with our website or emails.

We generally collect information directly from you. We may also receive information through the platforms you use to contact us, submit a lead form, book, purchase, or join a community.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to deliver requested resources and services; manage bookings, purchases, and memberships; communicate with you; respond to enquiries; improve our offerings; and meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

Where we have your consent or another lawful basis, we may send information about classes, resources, or opportunities to work with Sally. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

If you do not provide information reasonably needed for a particular service, we may be unable to deliver that service or process your booking or purchase.

3. How we hold and protect information

Information may be held in electronic business records and the third-party systems used to deliver our services. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it where required by law.

4. Sharing information and service providers

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may disclose information, where reasonably necessary, to service providers that help operate our business and deliver the service you request.

These include website, email, and course services such as Systeme.io; community services such as Skool; booking services such as Calendly; video-conferencing services such as Zoom; payment processors; and professional advisers. The information shared depends on the service you use. We may also disclose information with your consent or where required or authorised by law.

Information you choose to post in a community or share during a group activity may be visible to other participants. Please consider what you share and keep private coaching or health details out of public community posts.

5. Overseas storage and processing

Some service providers operate outside Australia. For example, Systeme.io states that its servers are hosted in Ireland, while Calendly and Skool describe processing in the United States. Zoom also describes international processing, including in the United States. Your information may therefore be stored, accessed, or processed in Ireland, the United States, or other locations used by the relevant provider and its service providers.

Where Australian privacy law applies, we take reasonable steps required by that law in relation to overseas disclosures. You can contact us for information about a particular provider. 6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website and the platforms we use may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to provide functionality, understand engagement, and measure or improve advertising. The information collected depends on the features in use.

You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through the relevant platform. Restricting cookies may affect website functions. Submitting a form through Facebook or Instagram also involves Meta processing information under its own privacy policy.

7. Access, correction, and other requests

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by emailing admin@sallybarker.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain any lawful reason for refusing a request.

You can also request deletion or withdraw consent where applicable. These requests are subject to applicable law and any information we need to retain for lawful purposes. Withdrawing consent may affect a service that relies on that information.

8. Privacy questions and complaints
